Training
We design and conduct training programs to meet customers’ needs in a great variety of areas. In addition to providing staff awareness and internal auditor training as part of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 consultancy projects, we design and provide bespoke training courses on technical subjects (see Case Histories).
Quality We train organisations’ staff in the benefits of quality management and how they can contribute to the success of the organisation. We train Management System auditors to make the audit process a value-adding activity that brings visible benefits to management instead of a drain on resources. We also train assessors and auditors of sector-specific accreditation schemes. We specialise in availability, reliability and maintainability training in techniques such as - Failure Mode Effects Analysis/Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMEA/FMECA)
