We specialise in designing and implementing effective ISO9001:2000 Quality Management systems to help small and medium-sized organisations in a wide range of service and manufacturing sectors to minimize their business risks. Our primary aim is to develop tailored management systems with (not for) our clients that help them meet their business objectives in a cost-effective way.
Our Quality Management services include: - - Guidance and assistance in devising and implementing effective Quality Management systems that achieve company objectives.
- Advice and assistance in working towards ISO 9001 assessment and certification, including help in selecting a UKAS-accredited certification body
- Pre-assessment auditing to check the Quality Management system prior to assessment by a certification body
- Assistance and support through the assessment of a Quality Management System
- Independent post-certification audits to ensure continued compliance with ISO 9001
A recent addition to our skills-base is Doug Edworthy’s accreditation as an independent auditor of Financial Services Skills Council (FSSC) accreditation schemes. We provide auditing services through a client on behalf of the FSSC, and also provide independent consultancy to FSA-regulated firms and training providers wishing to prepare for FSSC accreditation. Of course, we are unable to audit organisations we have helped to prepare for accreditation. In addition to quality management systems we also provide auditing, training and quality improvement consultancy. We specialise in availability, reliability and maintainability and help clients get the best from techniques such as - Failure Mode Effects Analysis/Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMEA/FMECA)
