Supplying innovative e-participation products and services to the public sector, this young and dynamic Sussex-based company wished to formalise their quality management system and to achieve ISO9001: 2000. Working closely with their management team, the company processes were mapped-out, management systems were devised and tested, and training was given to all company staff and to internal auditors. The company’s management system was successfully assessed against ISO9001: 2000 by UKAS accredited TUV in February 2005. In their feedback the company said “We thoroughly enjoyed working with you & you made all the difference to the process for us ­ thank you for all your help!”.
