Personal Service Travel, Eastbourne This established travel and holiday company wanted to implement a quality management system that provided them with a structured system to manage their business, and wanted to achieve ISO9001: 2000 registration in 2003 - the companys 50th anniversary. We helped them design and implement an ISO9001: 2000 management system that incorporated much of their existing good management practices, and the system was successfully assessed by BSI (a UKAS accredited certification organisation) in April 2003.
