Marketing and distributing innovative veterinary therapies to customers in the UK and in mainland Europe, this young and rapidly growing Sussex-based company wished to get an effective quality management system in place at an early stage in the company’s growth. Working with the directors and staff, the company processes were mapped-out, management systems were devised and tested, and training was given to all company staff and to internal auditors. The company’s management system was successfully assessed against ISO9001: 2000 by UKAS accredited ISOQAR in November 2005.
