We had originally helped this communications technology company to become ISO9002: 1994 accredited by 'mentoring' a Quality Manager promoted internally, and guided their progress in devising and implementing their quality management system. We provided independent auditing services to help them assess their progress towards ISO9002 compliance and provided support during the assessment and accreditation process. The company was successfully assessed by BSI and achieved ISO9002 accreditation in 1998. We continued to provide independent auditing of their quality management system to supplement their internal auditing, and helped them with their transition to ISO9001:2000. They were awarded their ISO9001: 2000 certificate by BSI in April 2003.
