D.G.Edworthy Associates helped this established and successful family business (providing fabrication and manufacturing of ultra-hard materials) to fine-tune their systems and guide them through ISO9001 assessment and certification by: -
- Reviewing the existing QMS and recommending further enhancements
- Helping the company design and implement additional control systems
- Training internal auditors to make auditing a value-adding activity
- Guiding the company through its first Management Review meeting
- Training staff in Quality Awareness.
The company's efforts were rewarded in August 2007 with a successful assessment to ISO9001:2000 by BSI.
